About us
The Psychological Counseling and Legal Support Center for Women was established in 2021 with funding and support from the Korean organization, Asian Dignity Initiative (ADI), in partnership with the Palestinian Enlightenment Forum. The center began its work in 2020 with a project aimed at raising awareness among women about their rights and enhancing their capacities on issues related to gender-based violence, violence by occupation, and local and international laws and conventions. The project also addresses the historical context of the global feminist movement and its impact on the Palestinian situation, as well as women's political participation, through theoretical and practical training sessions.
